Founded in July 2002, the Russian chapter - known as Parliamentarians for Parliamentary Control - is headed by Volodymyr Galchenko MP from the State Duma of the Russian Federation. The Russian Chapter has been designated a regional chapter of GOPAC and as such as three members of GOPAC's Board of Directors.
