GOPAC’s regional chapters select the members to the GOPAC Board of Directors who, in turn, set the policy of the organization. The Board select a Chair and an Executive Committee who manage the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Fully organized regional chapters are entitled to three members on the board. Regional chapters in the process of being established are entitled to one member on the board.
