I have always been fascinated by the human body; namely, by the way it functions and heals. When time came to choose a profession, Massage Therapy was a natural choice for me. It provided me with a wealth of interesting knowledge as well as the opportunity to work with real people. I graduated from CDI College and became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2005. I worked at a few other clinics prior to coming to the Greenboro Physiotherapy and Massage Clinic. Here, I have the chance to work on a variety of health problems ranging from complicated injuries, (resulting from sports or motor vehicle accidents) to simply helping people relax; by reducing the tension that results from stress. I strongly believe that education is an on-going process and this continuity is the reason why my treatment techniques are always evolving and improving. One thing that does not change, however, is my commitment to my patients and clients. I look forward to many more years of practising in this rewarding profession.

I have been invested in health and fitness for as long as I can remember. I studied Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa and received my BSc with Honours in 2004. I then decided to continue my health education and pursued a diploma in Massage Therapy from Algonquin College, which I completed in 2007.
My style of massage varies from client to client as each client has their own individual needs. It can range from deep tissue and trigger points, pre/post natal, sport injuries, MVAs to someone just wanting to come in for a nice relaxing massage. I think it's not only important to provide the client with the treatment, but to also educate and provide them with the knowledge necessary for self-care as we can achieve the best results if we work together. I find my career very rewarding and I look forward to many years of helping my clients achieve their best possible physical and mental health! |

I have been working at the Greenboro Clinic since 2006. I earned my diploma in Massage Therapy from the Kine-Concept Institute and received the 2005 Canadian Touch Research Centre Award for Outstanding Academic Performance. I have an honours BA from the University of Guelph and I am a member of both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
My massage therapy style ranges from deep tissue massage to general relaxation. I specialize in Trigger Point Therapy. I practice prenatal massage and enjoy providing relief to women throughout the stages of pregnancy. I also specialize in the treatment of various head and neck conditions, including chronic headaches and TMJ. I enjoy working with and educating clients in self-care and remedial exercises, in order to achieve lasting improvements in overall quality of life. |

I knew by a young age I wanted to become a Registered Massage Therapist. I graduated from Algonquin College and became registered through the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario (CMTO) in 2010. I am also a member of the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario (RMTAO). I perform comprehensive assessments of client conditions in order to problem solve and use acquired knowledge to establish the cause of their discomfort and pain. By using numerous types of techniques, I’ve been able to treat clients with acute to chronic pain. Since graduating I’ve taken my Hot Stone Massage Course and have found it very useful in treating patients who have anxiety and stress. I plan on continuing to expand my portfolio of treatment options by attending more seminars and training courses. I enjoy hiking, skating, as well as yoga.
